Qualification Statement

DMS Roofing was founded in September of 1994.  With over twelve years in the industry, DMS roofing has become a successful and thriving business, which has been named in RSI’s Top 100 Contractors in America for the past 4 years.  DMS Roofing’s secret has been to provide top-level service, a trait often forgotten by our contemporaries in the construction industry.

DMS Roofing prides itself in being able to install any kind of roofing available.  For 10 years, we have been installing asphalt shingles, both standard and light weight concrete tiles, and built up asphalt roofing systems, both hot and cold.  For the last four years, we have been certified to install single-ply roofing systems.   In addition, for the past four years, we have also been installing polyurethane foam roofing systems and coatings.

With our efforts to provide our customers with every possible roofing solution, we have built many relationships with roofing manufacturers.  We are currently certified to install roofing systems produced by IB, GAF, JM,  UCSC, Tamko, Carlisle and GACO Western, just to name a few.

We are currently licensed to do business in Arizona.  However, as soon as the paperwork clears, we will also be licensed to do business in Nevada and California.  Both the Nevada and California markets are eagerly awaiting our arrival.  We currently have two offices that run full time crews.  The Yuma office serves all of Yuma County, while our Bullhead City office serves Mohave County.  La Paz and Maricopa counties are shared by both of our offices.

DMS Roofing is currently associated with many different professional associations:  The National Roofing Contractors Association, Arizona Roofing Contractor Association, NFIB and Yuma Southwest Professional Relationships.   We also take great pride in our local charitable relationships, which include Habitat for Humanity and Hospice of Yuma. 

With the strong relationships we have built, our local customers have had us perform work as far north as Salinas, California and as far east as the White Mountains.  Our drive to go after business anywhere has taken us to the Hualapai Reservation near the Grand Canyon and hopefully to your front door.  DMS Roofing looks forward to building new relationships and greets each one with eager anticipation.  DMS Roofing would like to offer you a better roof, with better service, every time.
